🇷🇺 S-400 Triumf
Land · Almaz-Antey (baş tasarımcı NPO Almaz; füzeler Fakel) — Rusya 🇷🇺 · 2007
Russia's layered long-range SAM system — the 40N6 missile reaches 400 km, making it one of the world's longest-range and most widely exported air-defense systems; the reference threat countering SİPER.
Specifications
- Range (missile family): 40N6: 400 km / 48N6: 250 km / 9M96E2: 120 km / 9M96E: 40 km
- Ceiling: ~30 km (up to ~185 km intercept altitude against ballistic targets)
- Search radar: 91N6E 'Big Bird' — 600 km, 300-target tracking
- Fire-control radar: 92N6E 'Grave Stone' — ~400 km, 100-target tracking
- Target speed: up to 4,800 m/s (ballistic/hypersonic)
- Simultaneous engagement: 36 targets, 72 missile guidance channels
- Guidance: command + semi-active/active radar homing (9M96 family: active)
- Deployment: fully mobile, ~5 min ready; integrated brigade (radar+command+TEL)
Beats: Yüksek/orta irtifa 4./4.5 nesil avcı uçaklar (F-15, F-16, F/A-18) — cue varken 40N6 ile 400 km'ye uzanan zarf, Orta-irtifa MALE sınıfı SİHA'lar (MQ-9 Reaper) — radar açık ve korunmuşken kolay hedef, Seyir ve balistik füzeler (48N6/9M96 ile çok katmanlı önleme)
Loses to: SEAD / anti-radyasyon (AGM-88 HARM) — radar yayın açtığında pasif arayıcıyla avlanır, Stealth düşük-RKA platformlar (F-35, F-22, B-2) — tespit menzilini daraltıp zarfı deler, Kitle dron + loitering doygunluk ve uzun-menzil ateş (ATACMS/HIMARS) — Ukrayna'da 92N6/96L6 radarları ve TEL'leri imha edildi
Its greatest vulnerability is SEAD and saturation: in Ukraine, numerous S-400 radars and launchers were destroyed by ATACMS/HIMARS and drone strikes; the Russians learned to switch off radars when SEAD munitions were detected (radar off = blind system). Counter-tactic: SEAD/anti-radiation + mass-UAV saturation + low-altitude/terrain masking.
